Hi, We run a small community rubbish collection volunteer group in Westward Ho! England. We are in the process of trying to tackle cigarette butts in the village. We have got sand bins which are now being put out, and the shops are selling personal disposable ashtrays, but as yet we do not have anything for the Beach. We would love it is you could help.
